- Not Drivable Should you have a collision and your vehicle is not drivable, simply call us at 731-427-6446 during normal business hours or if out of area call 877-847-4488 and we will have your vehicle towed to our shop and pay the tow bill. After hours or week-ends, no problem, just inform the wrecker driver that Mitchell's Body Shop will be doing the repairs and he will deliver your vehicle to us the next business day and we will pay the tow bill and storage. In case of emergency, you may also call 731-267-5297 after normal business hours. With the information you provide us, we can work through the estimate process directly with your insurance or fleet company. If you prefer not to use your insurance we will be happy to accommodate you as well.
- Drivable If your vehicle is drivable, come in at your convenience with your insurance information and we will provide you with a free estimate and work with you and your insurance company. No appointment is required
- Rental Cars For your convenience we provide insurance replacement rentals through Access Rental on site. Pick up your rental vehicle here and simply leave it here when you pick up your car.
We can handle all facets of your repair needs from general body work and refinishing to major structural repairs. Mechanical repairs related to the collision as well as suspension alignment are handled during the repair process.
