Facilities
Our offices are located in a 5000 square foot building that also houses our drive-in estimating bays and our Detail Clean-up shop. This facility serves as the main hub for drop-off, pickup and all administrative activities as well as initial inspections and estimates.
Our customer reception and waiting area resembles a 1950's era Diner. It is equipped with comfortable chairs and a TV for customer convenience. The Service Counter is located in the reception area.
Our three car estimate inspection bay is located just behind the customer reception area. This area has high speed internet access, both hard wired and wireless for the convenience of insurance appraisers and adjusters.
The Mitchell's Body Shop Production Facility is a 7800 square foot structure that was designed and built specifically for automotive collision repair. The Metal Shop, which is separated from the Refinish Shop, has three in floor uni-body systems, one Golden Medallion 5000 frame rack, a Chief Velocity Laser Measuring System, a Plasma Cutter, both gas and electric welding systems as well as other state of the art repair equipment. The Metal Shop has central heating and air conditioning for the comfort and safety of our employees.
The Refinish Shop has a single Divilbiss Semi-Downdraft paint booth which features a 1 million BTU gas fired forced air drying/curing system, a Divilbiss Mixing Room,
Global Trim-In room and two Global Prep Stations that are also equipped with a 1 million BTU gas gas fired forced air drying/curing system. The Refinish Shop also has central heating and air conditioning for the comfort and safety of our employees.
The Production Office is situated in the front of the building adjacent to the parts receiving area. It features office space for the Body Shop Manager, Parts Manager as well as a conference/training room for the technicians.
